- OUR SERVICES AND SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY
Driven provides membership-based access to premium ground transportation, private aviation, yacht charter, reservation, concierge, and related travel services (collectively, the “Services”). We may collect and process information from members, prospective members, guests, passengers, website visitors, and other individuals who communicate or transact with us through our website or otherwise. In some cases, a member or corporate customer may provide information about another individual—such as a guest, passenger, employee, family member, or invitee—so that we can coordinate requested Services. If you provide us with another person’s information, you represent that you have the authority to do so and, where required, have provided any notices or obtained any consents needed for us to use that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, request information, become a member, make or manage a reservation through our website, receive communications from us, or otherwise interact with Driven. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party transportation providers, aircraft operators, yacht operators, payment processors, social media platforms, or other third parties that may have their own privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy only covers Driven. If you visit other websites or use third-party services—even ones we link to or use in connection with the Services—those third parties’ own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review those policies directly.

Depending on the nature of your interaction with Driven, we may collect personal information as follows:
- Directly from you, when you provide information to us or interact with us:
- Account and membership information, including your name, email address, telephone number, membership status, business or company affiliation, billing contact details, preferences, and communications preferences when you create or manage a Driven account or membership.
- Contact and inquiry information, including your name, email address, telephone number, company, and any other information you choose to include when you submit a form, request information, or communicate with us.
- Reservation, travel, and transaction information, including requested service type, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger or guest details, itinerary information, special requests, payment information, billing records, and transaction history. Payment information may be processed by our payment processors or other service providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.
- Additional information you choose to provide, including questions, preferences, feedback, special accommodations, accessibility-related requests, and other details you voluntarily provide in connection with the Services.
- Automatically from you, including device information and online user activity when you visit our website or otherwise interact with our online Services, as described in the next section.
- From third parties
- Information about the marketing and advertisements you have seen or clicked on, from online advertising companies.
- Information from members, corporate customers, service providers, travel partners, transportation providers, and other third parties, such as passenger or guest details, itinerary information, preferences, reservation updates, payment or fraud-prevention information, and other information needed to provide, coordinate, secure, or improve the Services.
Please note that some information may be collected by external parties on our behalf or provided to us by members, corporate customers, travel partners, transportation providers, or other third parties involved in fulfilling requested Services.
3. COOKIES AND INFORMATION COLLECTED BY AUTOMATED MEANS
Certain information is automatically collected from you when you interact with our website or online Services. This information includes:
- Usage details about your interaction with our Services, such as the date, time, and length of visits, specific pages or content accessed during the visits, search terms, frequency of the visits, and referring address.
- Device information about the device you use to access our website or online Services, such as IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type.
- Location information where you choose to provide location-related information through our website or in connection with requested Services.

- Respond to your requests and questions; communicate with you; provide troubleshooting and other support; and provide important notices.
- Manage, maintain, and operate the Services; diagnose or fix technology problems; monitor the performance of the Services; analyze user preferences and trends; and understand how you access and use the Services.
- Design and administer marketing and promotional campaigns; send you promotional and special offers; and evaluate the effectiveness of these campaigns.
- Improve the Services; grow our business; better understand our user base; administer surveys for market research; and develop new products and services.
- Comply with legal requirements; respond to subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests, or other legal process; protect the rights of Driven, our members, service providers, passengers, guests, or others; enforce our agreements and policies; and detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent, unsafe, or

We may use and share information in an aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified manner at our discretion, including for research, analysis, modeling, marketing, business planning, and improvement of our Services, provided that we do not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except as permitted by applicable law.
5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share the information we collect in the following instances:
- With service providers and travel partners: We may share information with transportation providers, aircraft operators, yacht operators, reservation platforms, payment processors, communications providers, customer support providers, IT providers, marketing vendors, professional advisors, and other third parties that assist us in providing, coordinating, securing, improving, or administering the Services.
- With social media platforms, information about you and your interaction with us. If you interact with social media objects on our Services, both the platform and your connections on the platform may be able to view that activity. To control this sharing of information, please review the privacy policy of the relevant social media platform.
- With advertising partners who assist us in serving advertising to others who may be interested in the Services. These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect or receive information from the Services and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. These advertising partners may allow other companies to access information about you so that they may market other products you may be interested in.
- When a corporate event occurs, we reserve the right to transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, sale or transfer of any line of business, change in ownership or control, financing transaction, bankruptcy, restructuring, or similar transaction. We cannot promise that an acquiring party or the merged entity will have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this Privacy Policy.

- Generally, you can modify your browser setting to disable or reject cookies across the internet; but if you do so, some features of our Services may not function properly or be available. Please note that you will need to set preferences on each web browser and device you use to visit our Services.
- Because definitions and rules for “Do Not Track” have not yet been established, including whether such signals must be user-enabled, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
- You may be able to prevent third parties from using your information for interest-based advertisements across the internet by visiting the NAI or the Digital Advertising Alliance. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads, nor will it prevent the receipt of interest-based advertising from other companies that do not participate in these programs.

We are not responsible for the availability or effectiveness of any third-party opt-out mechanism.

- Opt out of email and SMS marketing: If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails. If you receive text messages from us, you may reply “STOP” to opt out and “HELP” for assistance. Please note that you may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages from us, including messages about your membership, reservation, billing, or requested Services.
Depending on where you reside, applicable privacy laws may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or opt-out of certain processing activities. To exercise any rights available to you under applicable law, please contact us using the information provided below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding to your request.
With respect to information provided to us by a member or corporate customer about a passenger, guest, employee, family member, or invitee, please contact the relevant member or corporate customer for options regarding the manner in which that information is collected, used, or disclosed, unless you have interacted directly with Driven regarding the Services.
7. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We use a combination of physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect through the Services. While we use these precautions to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf.
8. HOW WE RETAIN INFORMATION
We retain personal information as long as we determine is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. When determining how long to retain personal information, we consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information; the purposes for which we process it; applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements; our legitimate business interests; and the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure. When personal information is no longer needed in identifiable form, we will delete, de-identify, or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it for a longer period.

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. However, because Driven may coordinate transportation, travel, or related Services for families, guests, passengers, employees, invitees, or other individuals identified by a member or corporate customer, we may receive limited information about minors from a parent, guardian, member, corporate customer, or other authorized person when that information is reasonably necessary to provide requested Services. For example, such information may include a minor passenger’s name, travel details, pickup or drop-off information, itinerary information, emergency or authorized contact details, or other information needed to coordinate the requested Services.
We use minor-related information only as necessary to provide, coordinate, support, document, or improve the requested Services; communicate with the relevant parent, guardian, member, corporate customer, service provider, or authorized contact; comply with legal obligations; protect safety and security; and maintain appropriate business records. We do not knowingly use personal information collected from children for behavioral advertising or knowingly sell or share such information in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, or if you wish to request review or deletion of personal information concerning a minor, please contact us using the information below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on the request.
